5L bottle filling line

This line used for big bottle as 5L, 7L,10L etc water or oil filling. It's automatic 4-4-2 type can reach 700 bottles per hour

1. Washing machine

1) Washing machine is connected with the empty bottle conveyor frame. When the empty bottle goes into the range of washing machine by photoelectric sensors, electronic control system commands the gas line solenoid valve is to clip the bottle clamping cylinder bottle, and then turn the cylinder bottle so that bottle down. Followed this the disinfection pump is opened, and disinfectant is emitted from the nozzle under a certain degree of pressure, spraying into the bottle. After 30 seconds stop, turn bottle has turned back to the original position and of the cylinder goes into the delivery system and the next recoil machine.

2. Filling machine 

1) When finished cleaning, empty bottle is sent to the filling machine by the transmission system. two cylinder barrels of the top the bottom act to high-top bottle to leave the conveyor belt, and not to wear between the valve from the cylinder.Then the top filling valve pushes down into the bottle and fill. After After a period of time which is setted by program (after filling) (volume can be adjusted), the cylinder barrel pull which is to stop filling moves down, so that the bottle which is full of water is put on the transport section , and then lose to the capping machine.

3. Capping machine

 1) We usually accord to the form of bottle neck to determine the size of capping machine. There are two types of capping machine. One is a gland type, another is a screw cap type.

2) Gland type use the chain-type gland. It has two conponents of unscrambler device and Capping device.You only need to put several caps into the the unscrambler device. By Lid allows removable tops child transmission through the transmission and phase synchronization of the gland with chains gland.

5) Screw capping  Screw capping is made of the two-phase structure composed of screw capping machine. when the bottle which is full of water is transported to the capping machine lid device after the vote toward capping station, it is screwing, and do so repeatedly, and then spin a good bottle input into the library room to have a test.
